Constant itching is usually a sign that something isn’t right with your vagina. A lot of things can cause vaginal itchiness but if you aren’t experiencing this at all, then you’re probably good.
Your discharge is normal
The texture and appearance can change throughout your cycle. But if your vaginal discharge is clear, cloudy, thin or thick, then you have nothing to worry about.
No funky smell
It’s normal for your vagina to have a slight odor and only you know what’s typical for your own body. But as long as it doesn’t smell funkier than usual, things are fine.
Another sign you have a healthy vagina is if you’re not experiencing any pain. In general, pain is a sign that something is wrong.
Sex is pain-free
Does sex feel good? Well, then, you’re good to go down there. When you experience extreme pain during sex, it’s usually a dangerous sign and should never be ignored.
Tampons aren’t hard to insert
Such conditions as pelvic prolapse or fibroids can make tampons and menstrual cups difficult to insert. But if you don’t have any issues with this, then you very likely have a healthy vagina.
