Barcelona have now found the ideal substitute for Luis Suárez. According to ‘Sport’, Barca and Valencia are now negotiating the loan of Rodrigo after the player gave the thumbs up to the deal.
For a few hours now, ‘Sport’ has been informing of a supposed negotiation between Valencia and Barcelona for the loan of the Spanish striker Rodrigo Moreno, who seems to signing for Barcelona.
A signing which the Catalan outfit have been working on for months, with several high-quality candidates on their priority list, with the Valencia striker standing out above the rest.
In fact, the aforementioned source assures that Rodrigo has given the thumbs up to the move, so Barca now have in their hands the necessary confirmation to try and sign him.
It seems the club’s idea is to get him on loan, that would involve quite a sum of money, with an option to buy which would be more than what Valencia are currently asking for the player.
But that’s not all, Barca are also pressing with an offer that would also include a player on loan, either now or in the summer market.
All of this without Barcelona forgetting about Aubameyang or Timo Werner, two of the big candidates to sign for Barcelona, although a much more complicated task, as neither Arsenal nor Leipzig are willing to even sell their player.
Other names linked in the last few hours to arrive at the Camp Nou are Chelsea’s Giroud and Napoli’s Fernando Llorente, some other of the many alternatives that Barca have to fill the void left in attack.
