Members of Congress often are pressed for answers as they walk the hallways of the Capitol, but this frustrated lawmaker took a rather unique approach to dealing with his questioners.

Rep. Don Young, the Republican congressman from Alaska, can be seen in a video walking away from members of the progressive group MoveOn. They were pressing him about President Donald Trump and if it’s acceptable for foreign governments to interfere in American elections.

Watch Republican Congressman @repdonyoung (R-AK) headbutt the camera when we asked him if it’s okay to ask foreign governments to interfere in our elections.

And no, he never answered the question.

“Is it okay for foreign governments to interfere in our election?” an individual from MoveOn asked the congressman, regarding Trump’s phone call to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in which Trump appears to have asked Zelensky to investigate his political rival Joe Biden and his son. “Is that an acceptable thing to have happen? Congressman, it’s a simple yes or no question.”

After the individual repeats the question a few times and one of Young’s staffers tries to get between the two, the congressman walks up to the camera and semi–slow motion headbutts it. “There you go,” the 86-year-old lawmaker said, smiling. Not really sure what that’s supposed to mean, but OK.

It is not unusual that Young would have nothing to say; the congressman voted Thursday against the impeachment inquiry against Trump. “This is not a question of whether there are sufficient grounds for impeachment, it is simply a sham vote to allow House Democrats to continue to trample on the longstanding impeachment process in the House,” he told the Anchorage Daily News in a statement, blasting the impeachment inquiry. “Everyone in this country deserves due process, but this vote is unfair and a total charade.”

Don Young, having served since 1973, is the only sitting congressman to have seen three presidential inquiries, according to the Anchorage Daily News.
