Almost everyone loves taking Bread and Tea. Whether it is Lipton, Bournvita, Milo or any other chocolate tea, some of us take them on daily basis.
But honestly, it is not the most healthy food for you. Below are four reasons why you should stay away from bread and tea.
1. To Much Salt
Some varieties of bread contains plenty of salt. Especially those processed bread you buy from local sellers.
So the lesser bread you take, the lesser your sodium intake reduces. This does not mean you can not have at least a slice of bread. You can even learn to bake your bread at home without including salt.
2. It Make You Gain Too Much Weight
Due to all the refined sugar, carbs, salt and preservatives, too much bread will make you add a couple of pounds.
Moderately eating it is good, especially when you make sure it is very healthy.
3. Lack Of Nutrients
Just like any other food item, bread, especially bread and tea and items made from it lack nutrients. You are not getting anything important from it.
4. It Is Not A Real Meal
Because it is not a real food, some types of bread lack nutrients and you might not feel satisfied because it is not fufilling.
