Dan Lartey Takes On Socrate Safo Claiming That One Should Not Lobby For Appointment If He Lacks Patience

Ghanaian entertainment pundit, Dan Lartey has stated that most people change after getting a position in government to serve the people.

He explained that most of these people who get an appointment speak differently after the appointment because what’s inside isn’t the same as the perception that has been created in the minds of the people.

Speaking in an interview on Cape Coast-based Kastle FM, he touched on how some people change after being appointed but he can’t say so unless they are appointed to the Creative Arts Ministry.

According to him, after the appointment, it becomes difficult to see them do what the people hope for but sometimes it’s because the rules at the Ministry are different from how many sees it outside.

Lartey added that those who want quick results are those who get frustrated after the appointment and this came on the neck of how Socrates Safo behaved sometimes back to rant against his own party NPP.

He stated that when you want something to be done it’s about lobbying and it mostly takes a year or two for such things to be done meanwhile the people might be looking for it in two or three months.
