After Photos Of A Native Doctor In Court Went Viral, See The Law He Violated Which A Lady Noticed
The photos of a native doctor popularly known as “babalawo” went viral online today after he appeared in court alongside, Omoyele Sowore. The native doctor’s appearance got some people amazed and some couldn’t control their laughter after he swung his horsewhip and made some enchantments.
Sowore alongside four others were arrested for organizing a candlelight in honor of EndSARS protesters who died at Lekki Toll Gate, and they were charged for disturbance of the public.
After pictures of him and the native doctor who appeared in court to show solidarity went viral, Facebook users reacted differently. Someone said that he shouldn’t dress this way to show that he had powers. A Facebook user identified as Judith Uche Aguenu spotted from the four pictures a law the native doctor violated. All through the pictures, the native doctor wasn’t wearing a face mask. Wearing of face mask on public gathering which is a law put in place by the Federal Government to curtail the coronavirus disease.
After seeing this, I ask myself two questions, could it be that he doesn’t believe Covid-19 is real or that the law isn’t for everyone.
