A new Oklahoma state law will make it illegal for drivers to use the left lane on highways unless they are passing other cars.

The law will change the current rules that state drivers can use the left lane unless another driver pulls up behind them — in which case, they must move over and let them pass. But that doesn’t seem to happen much.
